ARE THE GROCERY RUNNERS PART OF, OR A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE KROGER COMPANY OR FOR WALMART INC?

No.  We are an independent 3rd party delivery service! 

WHAT IS YOUR DELVIERY AREA?

We deliver to the vast majority of The greater CIncinnati Area and Northern Kentucky!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FEES? ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

No.   Our price is a flat $9.95 per delivery.  No Membership fees.  No subscription fees.  

No annual fees. 

DO YOU MARK UP FOOD PRICES? 

No. We never increase the prices of food that you order.  You will always pay the in-store price. 

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP MY DRIVER?

During check-out a suggested tip is shown based upon the total amount of your grocery order. Ultimately the tip amount is totally up to you! 

CAN I PAY WITH COUPONS?

You can pay with digital coupons online on the retailers site during your online shopping, but at this time we are not able to accept paper coupons to use upon delivery pickup. 

ARE DELIVERIES SCHEDULED FOR AN EXACT TIME? 

AT WHAT TIME DURING MY TIME SLOT ARE MY GOODS PICKED UP?

Delivery will happen during the 1 hour time slot window that you selected.  All efforts are made to have your goods delivered at the beginning of your time slot. 

HOW CAN I RESCHEDULE MY ORDER? 

To reschedule an order, please 

Let us know the new date and time of your delivery.  Please note you must issue a reschedule request at least 2 hours before your current delivery time in order for us to be able to guarantee your new delivery request. 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

To cancel your order, send us an email via our CONTACT US page, with the subject line:  

CANCEL MY ORDER.  Be sure to include your: 

Name (first and last name that were on the original order)

We will cancel your order as per your request and refund your delivery fees.

The Grocery Runners simply delivers what the grocery retailer selected and bagged for you.  Understanding their policies will allow you to better discern how to shop online.  We highly recommend you spend some time on their site understanding their policies. 

WHAT IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER? 

The Grocery Runners simply delivers what the grocery retailer selected and bagged for you.  If there is a problem with incorrect items please contact your grocery retailer directly. For questions or problems with the delivery phase please contact us via our CONTACT US page and we will get back to you ASAP. 

I LIVE ON A SECOND OR THIRD FLOOR WALK UP, OR IN A BUILDING, DO I HAVE TO COME DOWN TO GET MY GROCERIES OR DO YOU BRING THEM UP? 

Yes!  We will always bring your groceries to your front door regardless of what floor you live on!  You will never have to come downstairs to collect your goods! 

CAN THE DRIVER BRING GROCERIES INTO MY HOUSE? 

Yes! Our drivers are trained as "helping hands" and are more than willing to help in any way possible!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY? 

Once your order has been pick up from your selected retailer, you will receive a text with a real time tracking link.  Simply open the link by pressing on it, and you will see a live map where you can observe your goods making their way to you in real time!
